Excavation Foreman $1,500 Sign On Bonus!
Pivot Excavation is currently hiring FULL TIME Foreman to work YEAR-ROUND.
This is a lead position that will include a company vehicle.
The candidate must have experience with wet & dry utility installation, repair, and backfill.
It is also preferred that you have some roadway, curb, and sidewalk grading experience.
Both utility and grade foreman positions are currently open.
Though we are based out of Draper, most of our work is in Utah County.
We primarily work on large development, and commercial jobs.
Pay will be based off experience.
Applicants must be able to pass drug screen and background check and have valid driver's license.

Show up on time each day Help create a safe work environment Use various hand and power tools Assist and supervise crew in every aspect of the work Maintain a clean work environment All other tasks as assigned by the Superintendent Resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years in a lead/foreman position Must be a highly skilled operator (this is not and entry level position) Maintain a safe job site Development/ commercial experience preferred Willingness to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions Works well as the leader of a team Strong work ethic Willing to work overtime as needed Able to lift up to 75lbs regularly Must be able to prioritize and keep projects on schedule.
